Aruna Ross is a gifted Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Counselor, NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, QRA practitioner, and a Director of Ngakpa International and Yogic Medicine Institute. Aruna has over twenty years of experience as a Yoga Therapist, Advanced Yoga Teacher,   Faculty of the YMI Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Instructor, and Panchakarma Specialist (CPT) and she has completed hundreds of sessions as an ERT (Emotional Repolarization Technique).

Aruna serves on the Board of Directors for Ngakpa International. A non-profit 5013c organization dedicated to preserving the history and tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. She is passionate about healing, transformation, sustainable living, and giving people the tools to live full and vibrant lives.

In addition to her work with the Yogic Medicine Institute and Ngakpa International, she has also spent many years doing volunteer work in the community including teaching yoga in the prison system, working with At-risk Teens, and organizing programs for feeding the homeless. Currently, she lives and practices in California but serves clients all over the world including China, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Africa, and the Philippines.
