Tuesday–Friday 12-5 pm PST. Saturday by appt only.
- How can I reach someone in case of an urgent situation?
If you have an urgent situation, you can email Urgent@YogicMedicineInstitute.
org.Please note that this is reserved specifically for urgent time situations and situations with extreme symptoms. There is a $25 late night fee for any “Urgent” emails received after 7pm PST (10pm EST).
- How do I place an order for herbal supplements?
Please send your herb orders to Herbs@YogicMedicineInstitute.
Included the following information to expedite the herb ordering process;
1) How many of each product would you like to order?
2) Address you want the products shipped to?
3) Form of payment would you like to use?
4) If you have a time deadline please include the specific deadline in your email. For example you are leaving the country and need the herbs before June 1st. Also, in order to expedite the herbs there may be additional shipping costs.
In general products take 3-5 business days to arrive.
Products will ship within 1-2 business days after confirmation of order and payment.
